• Your telephone number, if you provide one
• The reason for your enquiry and the content of your message

We ask that you do not send account numbers, financial details, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to someone who has contacted us and wants a reply. Where you have asked to receive something specific from us, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Your information may be handled by the providers who run our email and website hosting, acting on our instructions. If your enquiry needs regulated financial advice and you ask us to introduce you to an FCA-authorised adviser, we will only pass your details on with your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted, unless we are required to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights
